SHOP POLICIES

Shipping & Delivery

We try our best to offer quick shipping. 

Most of the time we are able to ship your order within 1-2 days of when it's placed, or if you're lucky, same-day. If something looks weird about an order, we may reach out to confirm details before shipping which may cause a delay. Our standard shipping that comes free with all orders will usually take 5-7 days to deliver. If you are on a time crunch and trying to get your order before some special event, we offer express shipping at an additional charge.

Returns & Refunds

Of course we are bummed when someone doesn't love our product, but unfortunately, it happens.

If you get one of our holders and decide you don't like it, we will accept a return within 30 days, in the original condition it was sent. This only applies to the holder, we understand the zip ties will have to be cut out in order to uninstall the holder.

The buyer must pay shipping to return the item and a partial refund of 85% will be processed when the return is received. We will hold the remaining 15% as a restocking fee.

Problems with Order

Please reach out to us. We strive to respond immediately. At almost any time of the day.

We will do our absolute best to reach a resolution or offer multiple solutions for the buyer to pick what works best for them.

If for any reason you think your holder has loosened up and is no longer holding as strong as when you first got it, please stop using it. A loose holder could be a safety hazard so remove it from the vehicle.

We may ask for photos, but we will not ask for it back, so you may recycle it or throw it away. 

Will this work for me?

We are happy to consult for a custom solution if you are in need. We can help determine your water bottle size and Jeep model from supporting photos.

Our holders work on many different size and brand water bottles. If you don't see your listed we are more than happy to help come up with a custom size to suit your water bottle.

Our holders do not work with ergonomically shaped water bottles, so your water bottle must be a cylinder shape.

We also have many holders to accommodate Jeep Wrangler models confirmed on YJs to the current JL/ JLU and Gladiator JTs.

Our holders only work with rigid water bottles that are cylinder shape. We cannot accommodate ergonomic shapes or soft silicone water bottles.

Why: When your vehicle is parked in the sun the interior temperature can reach in excess of 150°F. At temperatures that high the plastic will become more flexible and not properly clamp onto the water bottle. For the holder to properly secure the water bottle a sufficient clamp needs to be present. When you insert your water bottle into an over temperature holder the holder will deform. If your water bottler is kept in the deformed holder while the holder cools the holder will take a set and not return to its intended shape. This will in turn cause your holder to lose its ability to properly hold your water bottle.

 

What can you do?

-If you notice the holder is soft when placing in your water bottle- immediately remove your water bottle and do not use it.

-Listen- if you hear that the holder doesn’t have the same “snap” when putting in your water bottle, immediately remove your water bottle and do not use it.

-On hot days- allow your Jeep to cool off before placing your water bottle in the holder. This way you can ensure the plastic has come back down to its functional temperature range and will not stretch; damaging it, and making it lose its function.

 

What will we do?

-We have started the process of switching to a new material
completely. We have sent out some testing holders to people in warm places to test the durability, in states where we had reports of malfunction.

-Through December 31st, 2023; we will replace any stretched holders due to the heat, for only the cost of shipping ,$6.

-On January 1st, 2024 and later; we will charge an upgrade fee of $15 to replace any old holder to the new material holders.
